Description

Locations of municipal bicycle counters in Kielce and stored hourly readings. The counter directory includes each device’s name, location and operating period; the measurement history contains reading timestamps and recorded bicycle counts. The data support comparisons between locations and periods.

The directory also includes counters that have stopped operating. A missing reading does not mean zero traffic. File timestamps use UTC.

    API documentation

    The API exposes the counter list and hourly readings stored by the Bike Counter module. Date ranges use the requested timezone and default to UTC. Each request covers at most 31 calendar days, including complete months with a daylight-saving transition.
